Emma leaves in search of Mary Margaret and instead finds herself trapped in the house of a seemingly dangerous man named Jefferson. In fairy-tale land, the Queen calls upon Jefferson to help her find something she has lost in exchange for his daughter's safety.

2.What do you remember most about the episode?
3. Did you find anything surprising when you rewatched it? Like “Oh that’s where they set that up” or “I had forgotten that ______ happened here”
4. Although we had met Dr. Whale, this is the first time that Henry’s storybook goes to another literary work. Did that surprise you and why?
5. This is the introduction of Jefferson. What did you think of his character by the end of it?
6. Do you think that they were setting up the Red Queen to be who she turned out to be later?
7. Jefferson explains to Emma about all the alternative reality and how each has its own rules. So which land would you like to see pop up in the show?
