Mary Margaret hires Mr. Gold as her attorney when Emma is forced to arrest her for the suspected murder of David's wife, Kathryn. Meanwhile, back in the fairytale land that was, Prince Charming sets out to stop a determined and unhinged Snow White, whose memory is still clouded by Rumplestiltskin's potion, from assassinating the Evil Queen.

How did David not realize that the person he saw in his "memory" had long hair and a cloak? When has he ever seen Mary Margaret with long hair and a cloak?

Hello? When he was in the woods it was not snowing...

I guess the writers may have intended that the memories were blurry but they didn't blur the images well enough to have us conclude this.
