ABC Once Upon A Time

In New York City Serenade, the residents of Storybrooke are returned to their original, pre-curse clothes when they reappear in the Enchanted Forest. However, there are some inconsistencies. Snow White is wearing a cloak over her nightgown. This was to hide Ginnifer Goodwin's real-life pregnancy on-screen. Belle is wearing her signature yellow dress instead of prison attire from her time imprisoned by the Evil Queen. Neal is given Enchanted Forest attire despite the fact that he was never cursed nor was he wearing such attire when the curse hit. Hook's vest changes from black leather to his pre-curse red vest despite the fact that he was never cursed.

In Nasty Habits, the scene in which Dylan Schmid, portraying Baelfire, pushes a knife off the table took many takes due to the item's heavy weight.

In Lacey, in Mr. Gold's dream, the Blue Fairy's wand can be seen on display inside the shop. However, since this is just a dream that Mr. Gold has, it is not a continuity error. One of the wands on display in Mr. Gold's shop is also seen inside a cupboard in Rumpelstiltskin's castle in the Season Three episodes The Heart of the Truest Believer and Quite a Common Fairy. The same prop is later reused as the Apprentice's Wand.



In Lacey, according to ABC's website, the book Belle is reading in Rumpelstiltskin's castle is titled The Rise and Fall of Galaga. Galaga is an arcade game in which the player controls a spaceship battling a fleet of aliens. The in-game ship was the inspiration for an animated logo that plays at the end of every Kitsis/Horowitz production. The name however, does not appear on-screen.

In Manhattan, the streets of New York were filmed in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, where production for Once Upon a Time was based. The Canvas Lounge doubles as the exterior of Neal's apartment for this episode. Vancouver's Blood Alley doubles as the alleyway where Emma and Neal run into each other. Some shots in the alley were filmed in a television studio. The Blarney Stone at 216 Carrall Street in Vancouver's Gastown district doubles as the New York pub Emma and Neal visit after reuniting.
