Mary Margaret hires Mr. Gold as her attorney when Emma is forced to arrest her for the suspected murder of David's wife, Kathryn. Meanwhile, back in the fairytale land that was, Prince Charming sets out to stop a determined and unhinged Snow White, whose memory is still clouded by Rumplestiltskin's potion, from assassinating the Evil Queen.

I remember laughing my head off when Snow was batting at the bluebird while she was aggressive thanks to the potion. :D

This was the ep where Regina makes it known that she knows all about the curse, isn't it? If so, I remember thinking, "Oh wow - everything Henry believes is really for real!"

4. What did you think of the “intervention” with Snow and the Dwarves?

Hilarious, though I worried about Jiminy suffocating!

5.How did you feel about David by the end of the episode? Charming?

Honestly, nothing about him stands out for me without going back to re-re-re-watch it at the moment.

6.How many restorative kisses do those two have (snow and charming)?

LOL

7. Why do you think that Rumple meddling in the situation?

Knowing what we know now, Rumple can see the future and knows what needs to happen in order to get the curse enacted for sure.

8. Do you think that Regina knew what was going on?

Absolutely.

9. By the end of the episode what did you think of Mayor Mills?

She's fantastically scary (and sexy). LOL

10. And what did or who did you think August was by this point?

I wondered if he was Bae, and had no idea that he'd be Pinocchio.

Later. I didn't start watching until January 2013.

2.What do you remember most about the episode?

The scene between Rumple and Snow and wondering what his experiences with love really were, since we hadn't seen him involved with anyone yet. He seemed to be speaking from such a personal place and I wondered if he was talking Bae's mother or if something else horrible had happened to him.

Also, Snow trying to kill the bluebird of happiness. I laughed out loud at that one. And wondering why Rumple seemed a little too into Charming's cloak.

3. Did you find anything surprising when you rewatched it? Like “Oh that’s where they set that up” or “I had forgotten that ______ happened here”

Rewatching it made me realize that this happened after Rumple lost Belle and so THAT was where his comments on love were coming from. I also realized afterward that this was all set up. That the potion and getting Charming to come to him to find a way to free her was all part of a plan to get their hair so he could create the true love potion that enabled him to make Emma able to break the curse. It's like I knew he was manipulating things before this but I think going back I realized that was when I KNEW he was really manipulating everything for his own ends.

4. What did you think of the “intervention” with Snow and the Dwarves?

It made me laugh. And I was glad that despite her attitude at the moment, Grumpy still hung in there with her.

5.How did you feel about David by the end of the episode? Charming?

I don't really remember much about David at this point. I liked Charming at this point. He was willing to stand up to Rumple and all his magic and go pretty far to try to save the woman he loved.

6.How many restorative kisses do those two have (snow and charming)?

Far too many! At least three...the sleeping curse, this one, and the sleeping curse part 2 in season 2. Have there been more? I can't even remember now.

7. Why do you think that Rumple meddling in the situation?

Well, see above. Clearly he needed to meddle to get hairs from them both. And he needed Charming's cloak because it would look ever so dashing on him, even if he did hack it to pieces later on.

8. Do you think that Regina knew what was going on?

I doubt it.

9. By the end of the episode what did you think of Mayor Mills?

I don't really remember thinking any differently about her in this episode.

10. And what did or who did you think August was by this point?

I really had no idea! I didn't think he was Bae like a lot of people did because he had blue eyes and Bae didn't. I figured he was SOME fairytale character but I couldn't figure it out.

I wonder if this episode is a foreshadow of what Snow White did to Cora in Season 2.
