2. Why did you start watching OUaT?
All my Legend of the Seeker peeps were watching it, so I decided to give it a try.
3. Who is your favorite character and why?
Regina. I really like her arc. I like the idea of redemption, and I like the idea of villains with layers.
4. Who is your least favorite character and why?
Emma. I don't dislike her as much as I used to and am starting to like her. Its mostly holdover from House because I really hated Jennifer's character and it has taken me a while to separate that in order to enjoy Emma for who she is. Add to that the whole Emma is Henry's real mother vibe from season 1 which bugged the heck out of me.
5. What is your favorite episode and why? (You can choose just one or one from each season because it can be so hard to choose!)
Season 1: The Stable Boy. I loved Regina's backstory and I loved her and Daniel. Season 2: And Straight On Till Morning. Loved the redemption angle and everyone coming together. Season 3 (so far): Going Home. Loved the Henry and Regina stuff.
6. What is your least favorite episode and why? (You can choose just one or one from each season.)
Uh, I guess from season 1 The Price of Gold (though I don't actually dislike it since I loved all of season 1). From season 2
Tallahassee. Season 3 Ariel because I was annoyed at what they did to Ursula. I get Regina playing her, but even the statue version was skinny.
7. Do you have a favorite ship? Tell us why you love these two together.
Its a three-way tie between Regina/Hook, Regina/Daniel, and Mulan/Aurora. Regina and Hook work for me because they can bond over similarities. Regina and Daniel are awesome because he made her happy. Mulan/Aurora are awesome because their bonding on screen was perfect.
8. Which fairy tale character would you like to see on Once and which actor should play this character? (NO spoilers, please!)
Hmmm. I guess maybe the Snow Queen. Not sure who I'd like to play her, though.
9. Which actor would you like to see guest star on Once?
Don't know. Jason Isaacs would be amusing if he got scenes with Hook.

2. Why did you start watching OUaT?
We've always loved fairy tales and Disney, so Once looked awesome at the start!
3. Who is your favorite character and why?
Rumpelstiltskin. His personality and style are great, his strength awesome, his cunning delightful! I've always loved a great three-dimensional villain, and we've both always loved Beast! I liked him almost from the start but fell in character love as his personality and history continued to be explored.
I've said it many times before, but it can't be said enough. Crippling himself to make certain his son would have his father was an act of bravery, not cowardice, and from that moment on, I've been seriously attached to Rumpel!
4. Who is your least favorite character and why?
Tamara. She's the only character I can honestly say I hated from the start. Of course, I was a bit of a SwanFire fan then.
5. What is your favorite episode and why? (You can choose just one or one from each season because it can be so hard to choose!)
I'm not good at keeping episodes separate in my head, but I'd have to go with Child of the Moon, I think, the one that explores Ruby's friendship with Snow and where she almost gets a pack.

RUMBELLE!!!!!!!!!! First of all, love Beauty and the Beast, and secondly, I love Rumpel and the way Belle worked her way into his heart!
8. Which fairy tale character would you like to see on Once and which actor should play this character? (NO spoilers, please!)
Pocahontas, but I don't have any one specific in mind to play her. She's just my favorite of the Disney Princesses and never gets enough love.
Also, I would LOVE to see more actual animal characters, like Pongo still being a dog not like Gus now being a human and having been a mouse, appear, especially the Aristocats and Lion King characters!
9. Which actor would you like to see guest star on Once?
Johnny Depp, but I can think of a lot of ones who would be wonderful! Charisma Carpenter and Catherine Zeta Jones top my list of actresses.

I'm just not buying the coward bit. It's like the characters just say that because that was his father's reputation, but I don't know if I buy that part either...

2. Why did you start watching OUaT?
I love Jennifer Morrison, so when I heard she had a new show coming up, I knew I had to check it out. Then I found out that Ginnifer Goodwin, who I also love, would be starring. Then I read all about the fairytale premise and I just knew this would become one of my favorite shows.
3. Who is your favorite character and why?
Emma. She's my darling girl. Her struggle with her identity and her relationship to her parents is fascinating to watch. Plus she's tough as nails, and can kick your ass and be hilariously snarky while doing so. I cannot comprehend the hate she gets in fandom; I have loved her since day one and even though she has made some questionable decisions, I'm pretty sure I would defend her to the death tbh.
4. Who is your least favorite character and why?
Henry, maybe? I just tend to dislike child actors in general, and I really think the actor was miscast.
7. Do you have a favorite ship? Tell us why you love these two together.
Gold/Belle. One of my major kinks is May/December relationships, and the age difference between Gold and Belle is a huge factor in how much I love them. But also, I love the idea of Belle being a force for change in Gold's life.
8. Which fairy tale character would you like to see on Once and which actor should play this character? (NO spoilers, please!)
Jasmine. She's more of a Disney creation, I guess, but since Wonderland has already established the existence of Jafar, I'm hoping we can see Jasmine. As for who I would like to play her, she probably a little too old (or not, since Ariel was played by a 34-year-old), but I'd love Emmanuelle Chriqui in the role. If not her, then Leila Bekhti is a close second choice. (But seriously, OUAT, get Emanuelle for this. She's perfect!)
9. Which actor would you like to see guest star on Once?
Oh, loads of people. More actors of color in significant roles would be nice. I'd love to see America Ferrera on the show. Or Angel Coulby, or Nina Dobrev (not a WOC, but I adore her; she's make a fab villain).

I came off watching Desperate Housewives & had loved the craziness it offered in suburbia. The idea of craziness in a Fairy Tale Land plus the mundane seemed awesome.

Regina. ♥ I love how tortured she is, and how, for all her efforts, she succumbs to her darker nature.
4. Who is your least favorite character and why?
I've never cared much for Belle. Maybe because she sounds Australian and that makes no sense. LOL

Too many to name, OMG!
6. What is your least favorite episode and why?
I didn't really dislike any. :D Well, I whine when there's not enough Regina.
7. Do you have a favorite ship? Tell us why you love these two together.
I'm a latecomer to the SwanQueen stuff; I love the fanfic that others have created there! I like the potential for SwanHook because they seem to have really good chemistry.

2. Why did you start watching OUaT?
I love and adore Jennifer Morrison and she's in it.
3. Who is your favorite character and why?
It's a toss up between Emma and Regina. They are both damaged, they are both strong-willed, they are both independent, and they're both evolving in such interesting ways.
4. Who is your least favorite character and why?
Again it's a toss up between Belle and Neal. The writers could do so much with both characters but they just seem to have Belle there as a cheerleader for Rumpel and Neal as Emma's babydaddy.

I love most of them for different reasons. If the ep focuses on Emma and/or Regina, I tend to love it. But, I really did love Ariel because they stayed true to the Disney version and I had to watch that movie with Carrie about a million times. LOL!

In The Name Of The Brother. I just didn't think we needed any more background on Whale.
7. Do you have a favorite ship? Tell us why you love these two together.
I don't have an official ship but I think Emma and Regina would make a good couple. They are tied to each other by Henry and it would be dramatically interesting to have Emma fall in love with her parents' enemy. Plus, a lesbian couple who are just two people in love is long overdue on broadcast TV.
8. Which fairy tale character would you like to see on Once and which actor should play this character? (NO spoilers, please!)
The Snow Queen and she should be played by Kyra Sedgwick.

Idina Mendel and Hugh Laurie. ;)

2. Why did you start watching OUaT?
My husband actually picked it out. I resisted at first since I hate Disney and it creeped me out that Giancarlo Esposito (who I knew as Gus Fring) was playing such a weak character. But I thought at least there’s eye candy and enjoyed looked at the sheriff. Then when they killed him is actually when I got hooked. I was impressed the show went somewhere that dark.
3. Who is your favorite character and why?
Rumple. I feel like in Gold, I finally see why all my Harry Potter friends were attracted to creepy Snape (don’t know if that makes sense). I think it’s easy to call him a coward, but I think it’s not true. As Katleept said, I too think it was bravery to cripple himself and take on the dark one.
4. Who is your least favorite character and why?
Greg. I think the show jumped the shark after he and Tamara came on. Sorry.
5. What is your favorite episode and why? (You can choose just one or one from each season because it can be so hard to choose!)
Season one—Skin Deep. I love Rumbelle.
Season two—In the Name of the Brother. I know it violates my Greg rule, but I love the pacing in the Storybrooke portions of the episode.
Season three—None. I don’t really like this season so far. :(

Dreamy. Nova kind of annoys me.

Rumbelle. I just like how much of a foil she is for him. I’m a sucker for doomed relationships.

Since Red and Snow were such close friends, I’d kind of like to see them do something with Snow White and Rose Red and kind of combine them. I think that might be interesting.
9. Which actor would you like to see guest star on Once?
This girl I knew in high school looks a bit like Lana Parrilla in her young Regina days. This person has also been on a few ABC shows, so I’m really hoping she’ll get her big break when the ABC people get together and realize this resemblance and Regina is discovered to have a sister or something.
10. Which country are you from?
I’m from the US but live in the UK now. Which pretty much means no more Once for me.

2. Why did you start watching OUaT?
I saw Rumplestiltskin scenes on YouTube. That's it really: I'd heard about the show before, but didn't find the concept appealing, and then I actually watched some of it, and Rumple was like the character I always wanted from fiction and never quite got. And then I watched episodes in order and found that I'm actually really enjoying the setting and all the characters.
3. Who is your favorite character and why?
Rumplestiltskin. I love pretty much everything about him (especially in season 1; I'm not so happy about all the additional magic in his backstory); he makes me so happy. The intricate planning, the preying on the desperate, the deals and contracts, the backstory and personal issues, the goals he has, the relationships, the fact he spends most of season 1 sitting around in his shop being smug.
4. Who is your least favorite character and why?
Pan? He's about the only character I really dislike; I guess I feel about him the same way a lot of Regina fans did about Cora. But I guess he wasn't meant to be likeable, so that's okay too.
5. What is your favorite episode and why? (You can choose just one or one from each season because it can be so hard to choose!)
In season 1, Desperate Souls: I love the relationship and back and forth between Gold and Emma in season one, and it's particularly lovely in this episode; I love the conflict between Emma, and Regina, and Gold. And of course I love Rumple's backstory; the ruthlessness is clearly something that was there before he got power: he's a nice guy who'll give money to beggars even though he's certainly not rich himself, and who's just scared and trying to stay hidden; but threaten the thing dearest to him and he will set fire to your castle!
In season 2, The Miller's Daughter. I love a lot of things about it, but the truth is the reason it's my favourite one is that it has Gold being completely weakened and dependent and without magic and managing to manipulate people into doing what he wants, bless him.
In season three: I really liked Ariel for Regina and Gold teaming up. (And also because Snow wandering from fairy-tale to fairy-tale being touched by other people's story of True Love is kind of hilarious.)

I didn't like that episode where Charming's mother dies? Though maybe that was also the one with the Aurora-Cora interaction and I did like that. IDK. Mostly there are just episode that bored me, but because I found them boring I forget which ones they were.
7. Do you have a favorite ship? Tell us why you love these two together.
Regina x Rumple! They're my two favourite characters, and they have such an intense, layered relationship, every single one of their interactions delights me, and they probably know and understand each other in ways no-one else does. It's not a ship I want to happen in canon though (luckily, because it got awkward with season two).
I ship a lot of things.

IDK. I saw bits of Wonderland, and it made me want to see the Red Queen and Jafar in OUAT itself. Other than that, no idea.

That Still Small Voice. I love Jiminy and his back story, and it had tons of great Regina/Emma interactions.

I still haven't watched the last half of season two because as soon as Greg/Tamara came around, I lost interest.
