So this is the last episode of this half of the season. We are back in Story Brook. The gang sorted out who is who. Something was stolen, someone was lost, and something was found.
Now what? What is next for our heroes?
This post is for speculation not spoilers please. This is for you to spin your ideas for the show based on everything we have seen including the trailer for next week and any mini videos that they put up during the week.
The press release was basically rubbish this week for figuring anything out other than who is in the episode but it is behind the cut for your perusal.
I am going to put my specs behind the cut because I didn’t last week and I had figured out what happened at the town line. Or maybe in the comments, I can be capricious that way.
Press release from the ABC press pass area. FYI there are some cool photos there as well most of which have shown up on IMDB.
“Going Home” – In the Winter Finale episode, the race is on to stop Pan from enacting another curse on the residents of Storybrooke, which could kill every living soul in town, on “Once Upon a Time,” SUNDAY, DECEMBER 15 (8:00-9:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.
“Once Upon a Time” stars Ginnifer Goodwin as Snow White/Mary Margaret, Jennifer Morrison as Emma Swan, Lana Parrilla as the Evil Queen/Regina, Josh Dallas as Prince Charming/David, Emilie de Ravin as Belle, Colin O’Donoghue as Hook, Michael Raymond-James as Baelfire/Neal Cassidy, Jared S. Gilmore as Henry Mills and Robert Carlyle as Rumplestiltskin/Mr. Gold.
Guest starring are Lee Arenberg as Leroy/Grumpy, Keegan Connor-Tracy as Blue Fairy/Mother Superior, Tony Perez as valet, Raphael Sbarge as Archie Hopper/Jiminy Cricket, Beverley Elliott as Granny, David-Paul Grove as Doc, Gabe Khouth as Mr. Clark/Sneezy, Faustino Di Bauda as Sleepy, Jeffrey Kaiser as Dopey, Michael Coleman as Happy, Mig Macario as Bashful, Christopher Gauthier as Smee, Robbie Kay as Pan, Rose McIver as Tinker Bell, Stephen Lord as Malcolm, Evans Johnson as nun #1, Parker Croft as Felix, Dave Mathews as doctor and Joy Castro as nurse.
”Going Home” was written by Edward Kitsis & Adam Horowitz and directed by Ralph Hemecker.

And here are my thoughts on the episode.
If they are, yet again, going to enact the curse. Let it is be interesting. May be they just remember their Enchanted Lives but are stuck in our land without magic however that would get boring pretty fast.
Who’s heart is Pan going to use to enact the curse? For me it is a tie between Felix ( his favorite lost boy) and Rumple. I am betting Felix because we know that Pan really doesn’t care about his son. He has proven that a couple of time. Of course if we were to extrapolate then the only heart that would work would be his own since he loves himself so much. And does he have a heart right now? Regina removed Henry’s so did he timelord and have two?
I don’t think the Blue Fairy is truly out. I also think the only way this is going to work is for Tink to believe in herself again.
I am really hoping that we don’t have half a season of Rumple and Belle in reverse. Belle remembers and Rumple doesn’t. I know in soap operas do this all the time but I would like them to have more than one episode together.
I think they set up the Hook/Swan/Bae triangle where I am interested.
I want more Regina and Tink and I am hoping that Robin Hood shows up in the second half. Regina does deserve some happiness.
