The whole business of Tink just making Regina drop like that has me going :-O at the screen! I did that last night with the "on the next episode..." preview last night too.

She blew something in Regina's face right before Regina dropped. I'm curious to know what it is. Tink seemed less than thrilled to see Regina so it should be very interesting!

That totally reminds me of Kushiel's Mercy (awesome book/series, if anyone is looking for book recommendations)! In that book, one of the bad guys killed people just like that. It was a pretty chilling moment in the book (and then again when the protagonist saved his own life by blowing first). Anyway, it obviously can't kill her like it did in the Kushiel series because OUaT wouldn't be OUaT without Regina. I just love it when I see two independent creative minds coming up with similar ideas like this.

I think Tink just knocked Regina out. Regina may have been zinging her with some of her fabulously snarky one-liners. Lana P. has been flinging those out with her usual pizzazz. :D
