Had a thought as to why people keep calling Snow White's husband Charming:
It's his nickname.
Many European (and non-European) monarchs had nicknames or titles...some given by fans, some by enemies.
Mehmed the Conquerer
Ivan the Terrible
Louis the Sun King
In the same way, perhaps he retained the "Charming" well into his kingship.
thoughts?

In this episode, it was noted that Snow did most of the public speaking in their reign so she would have been referencing him as Charming which in turn caught on with all their friends and subjects. Then it just stuck. Also, I would not doubt that he prefers a nickname that is his own rather than to be called by his brother's name which would probably make him feel like he was living someone else's life and not his own.
