Mary Margaret wears the same blouse (a Marc by Marc Jacobs Alex Crepe de Chine Blouse) for the first ten episodes of Season Three, but in most episodes, it is hidden under her jacket. "Quite a Common Fairy" is the first episode where it is seen clearly.
