Cora tells the court that her newborn daughter's name is "Regina, and then states, "for one day, she will be queen." (Regina is Latin for "queen.)

I always thought the names on this show were so interesting! Not only is Regina's name "Queen," but Cora Mills was an interesting choice for her mother. Miller, of course, was Cora's father's profession, and hers for a time, and then "Cora" is Greek for "Heart," and we all know what Cora does with hearts, including her own!
