In the scene where Snow White is captured by the Evil Queen's henchmen, Ginnifer Goodwin tweeted that the horse ran into her and sent her flying with injuries to the hand and face. She went to the emergency room for stitches and later came back to work. In most of the shots where Snow White is trapped in Prince Charming's net, the left side (viewer's right) of her face is partially hidden by her hood and the net, because she had stitches next to her left eye. The actress also filmed half the episode with an injured left hand.
