In Birth, while filming the scene where Hook is at the top of the library, calling Emma's name, during one take, Colin O'Donoghue jokingly calls out "Bella Swan" instead of Emma Swan. Colin O'Donoghue wanted to do the jump from the library himself but wasn't allowed to for insurance reasons, so a stunt double performed the actual jump.
