Completely agree with you. They did bring him back as an adult in the second half of S4 but then he just vanished until he showed up in the Wish Realm (as an adult) in S6. They just wasted such a good opportunity with August. Plus, the child actor who played Pinocchio looks nothing like Eion Bailey.
