I wonder how much Storybrook-specific stuff is on the walls/in the display cases behind them? I'm always fascinated by set designers and the level of detail they'll go to, even though it's almost impossible to see the stuff in the background unless you're really determined.
There's a Once Wiki page that gives "Hidden Details" for most episodes. There is a lot of stuff that is Disney related, crew/cast related, story line related and fairy tale related. It's all pretty cool.
