There are boundaries in this world. A woman who looks upon a person who is married to another is immediately cast as a wanton whore. A girl who looks at another girl in any way other than simple admiration and friendship is a freak. She's been called both things before, and worse, for lesser reasons.
There's something especially fetching about Mary Margaret as she sits in the glow of the lamplight tonight. Maybe it's the full moon stirring her blood, but Ruby can't quite forget her other self, the one who was almost as wild and untamed as she, the one who was the first person, and the only really, to have her back no matter which self she chose to release. She can not forget their times together, the way Snow White then and Mary Margaret now makes her blood run wild and urges her to release her inner most howls.
In truth, she doesn't want to, and as she nears Mary Margaret and smiles like the predator she is, Ruby is glad she's never cared for boundaries or what others thought of her. She's also not the only one to think so as Mary Margaret's eyes lock with hers and the rebellious Princess returns her smile. This is going to be a full moon to remember.
