I really enjoyed this episode...more so that Emma took the job and just that in and of itself caused a ripple so big the town shook in it's boots. it was as if the incredible hulk just took his first steps and planted himself forever in the ground. A step THAT big is surely to cause a shake.

and the whole thing with with Jiminy really struck a chord with me because his relationship with his parents similarly mirrors mine in the fact that i couldn't be who i wanted to be because my mother controlled me and emotional abuse scars. I, like jiminy...felt trapped with no way out...When i was finally able to GET out, it changed me into a better person.

and that...is something i really enjoy. I enjoy how in Storybrooke, the characters all have real relate-able problems that many of us can connect with. Children with "Unfair" mothers (don't get me started on mine!), teenage mothers, even teenagers/teen mothers who are told they can't do it and given no support to lean on because everyone already called them in as a failure.

It all gives us something to relate to... and i can't wait to see next weeks' episode...i am sure MM in tears is going to make the emotional ME break down witih a box of tissues! XD
