Huh. I'm actually really surprised that they say Regina has known all along, since the cure began, that she knew who she'd been the evil queen before. The way she was flipping through Henry's book, and how frantic she got about the ending being taken out... And the way she got all alarmed and (depending on your interpretation) confused by Gold's questions at the end of episode 2... I totally thought she hadn't known and was just now, with Emma's arrival, beginning to realize.
