1. Sorry, I don't agree at all but then I'm fine with additions to the story that weren't there in first place so long as they don't contradict. The secret spilling and the death of Daniel may be the MOST IMPORTANT reasons for her to hate Snow as well as the root and central cause but there is nothing said that it has to be the sum total of the story. I doubt it can be worse than causing the end of True Love but I'm fine with something else in their past being bad enough that Snow at least could think that was the problem.
9. Perhaps Regina enjoyed rubbing it in Mary Margaret's face that she had a child while Mary did not? And I'm sure it was fun to sneer at Mary whenever Regina needed to visit the classroom.
