In Homecoming, the scene where Roni discovers Weaver trapped inside the wall of Mr. Samdi's office was initially written as Roni realizing a painting was askew. Director Steve Pearlman suggested that they used the living wall in the office instead and made it more interesting, with Regina noticing the little stream of water hitting off the rock.
