There is a writer on AO3 named Cxellover.

I found them because they wrote really good Cherik fix.

But they have a love of RumBelle that I can recommend.

they have a good handle on the voices of the characters but warning they tend to write angsty porn and there is a lot of leather involved.

- Two of my favourite relationship on OUAT are Emma & Rumple and Regina & Rumple (I also ship them, but that's secondary). Can anyone rec me good fics where either (or both) of these relationships features prominently?

- Emma/Regina recs, anyone? There's a lot out there, I don't really know where to start. Something close to canon.
