She changes her story too often! She tells Bae that this is the only bean they have on hand and tells Rumpel that there are no more beans. And then, yeah, there's Geppetto and lying to Snow and Charming. I won't say she's villainous but there is either something going with her more than we know or she is the victim of really bad writing.
