In Manhattan, Regina confirms people who were not given an alternate identity by the Dark Curse will not be affected by crossing the town line. This statement also confirms Mr. Gold was given false memories by the curse since he needed a potion to keep his Enchanted Forest memories intact. It is also confirmed that leaving Storybrooke will result in loss of magic regardless of whether the person keeps their memories.

I like that episode and also the writers showing the compassionate side of Regina. Nice pic.

Me, too. I like that Regina's change was gradual and that she sometimes took a couple steps back. It was very realistic.
