I remember this episode, but seeing this pic, I head canon that it's just David and Regina at a family dinner, and Snow, Henry, Killian, and Emma are just in the next room, because they'vd already finished eating, and playing family games like Charades, because Henry was raring to play, and are just waiting for the other two, who are chatting about the holidays.
